Cell and gene therapies have the potential to transform the lives of patients with life-threatening illnesses. While there is great promise, bringing these new therapies to market is far from simple. One of the biggest challenges is the required long-term follow-up monitoring for up to 15 years. This paper will discuss key clinical, data, and operational considerations for gene therapy LTFU.
